KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a minimum of three years Administrative Assistant experience or capacity in a similar role
  • Investment or Financial Services industry is an asset
  • Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Demonstrated ability in coordinating, confirming, and following up on meetings
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Must be proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work in a collaborative environment to help client-facing team members
schedule and coordinate meetings and events, as well as assist the Financial Planning team with various
administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented and a proactive team player, with a proven track record of
building trusting and productive relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, advisors and other collaborators
  • Attend team meetings and follow-up on action items, commitments and deliverables
  • Coordinate logistics for team and firm-wide events such as presentations by internal and external guest
    speakers
