Position OverviewWe are seeking a Full-time Administrative Consultant (Fixed term contract until 31 December 2026) to join the OneRehab team. The Administrative Consultant will play a key role in providing administrative support, managing phone communications with professionalism, coordinating with various stakeholders, and executing clerical tasks with strong executive administrative skills. A key responsibility will be preparing and issuing treatment, rehabilitation, and attendant care decision letters. This position is primarily remote, with training and induction conducted at the Parramatta office.
