Duties/Responsibilities     * Entering and processing customer orders into order entry system * Reconcile daily Banquet checks to insure accurate billing * Creating and updating quotes * Creating and tracking transfer orders * Proofreading all documents for accuracy * Communicate and collaborate with hotel partners, clients, and team members in a timely and professional manner * Assist with inventory management * Assist with customer meetings as needed * Maintain positive relationships with all hotel and ITA staff   Qualifications & Experience     * 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service preferred * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Any knowledge of sound/video/lighting equipment, staging, or theater production would be helpful in this position, but not required.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for entering and processing customer orders, reconciling daily banquet checks, and maintaining positive relationships with hotel and ITA staff.
