Options Solutions is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for 7-10 hours per week. The Administrative Assistant helps clients to make the most of their experience at Options Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada (in-progress or completed)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

Responsibilities
  • Answer client questions about services
  • Schedule appointments and maintain waitlists for educational consultants and coaches
  • Determine suitable workshops and help register students
  • Assist consultants by following up with clients to book future appointments
  • Anticipate, identify, and address needs of consultants and coaches
