JOB SCOPE:

  • Handling and processing of customer orders.
  • Data entry of orders into the system.
  • Communicating with customers on order matters.
  • Attending to customer requests and enquiries.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Providing general administrative support to maintain good customer relations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Careful and accurate in data entry.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp).

Work Location: Office-based

  • Report to office daily
  • 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
