Description Job Summary The Administrative Assistant serves as a flexible team member with the final goal of increasing service levels within the branch while freeing up time for the Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Loan Originators. This individual is the primary contact for clients and aids clients with applications and reviewing documentation. This person will be primarily calling referrals as they come in, send initial needs list and follow up to make sure they send what we need Responsibilities Communicates with and liaises between clients, Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Loan Originators, and other interested parties in matters relating to active loan files, answering questions and providing updates. Communicates with leads that are interested in applying for a mortgage loan. Aids clients in completing applications over the phone. Work in the CRM. Manage follow up tasks. Partners with Loan Originators in resolving problems on files/documents. Ensures files are complete and set up per Company policy and procedures. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a minimum English Language comprehension of “B2 Upper Intermediate” according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) scale Ability to deliver effective results and to meet deadlines. Sound judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Excellent phone and service skills.
