Community Resources for Independence (CRI) is a community based, non-residential, non-profit corporation that provides services to individuals with disabilities in order to maximize their independence and the accessibility of the communities in which they live. CRI provides in-home care services across Pennsylvania to individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities and the aging population. Location: Warren Part-time 20-25 hours Mon-Fri On-Call rotation including weekends The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to: Maintaining all consumer files for each program Answering phones and greeting visitors Data entry using weekly and bi-weekly reports Keeping resource files up-to-date Photocopying/faxing Preparation of new hire paperwork Maintaining personnel files Payroll Duties (totaling hours, verifying punches, etc) Back up EVV duties as assigned Developing professional relationships with office staff, caregivers and clients Other duties deemed by supervisor Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Must be able to pass Act 33/34 Clearances Above proficient use of Word and Excel Ability to operate copiers, multi-line phone system, fax, postage meter Able to meet deadlines Time management skills Organized Ability to multi-task Team Player Confidentiality Accountability By providing your telephone number, you agree to receive text messages at the number provided from Community Resources for Independence.
