Description:

- On-Call rotation including weekends
Community Resources for Independence (CRI) is a community based, non-residential, non-profit corporation that provides services to individuals with disabilities in order to maximize their independence and the accessibility of the communities in which they live. CRI provides in-home care services across Pennsylvania to individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities and the aging population. We are continuing to grow with 14 different office locations located throughout PA. CRI is the leader in home care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to pass Act 33/34 Clearances
- Above proficient use of Word and Excel
- Ability to operate copiers, multi-line phone system, fax, postage meter
- Able to meet deadlines
- Time management skills
- Organized
- Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining all consumer files for each program
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Data entry using weekly and bi-weekly reports
- Keeping resource files up-to-date
- Photocopying/faxing
- Preparation of new hire paperwork
- Maintaining personnel files
- Payroll Duties (totaling hours, verifying punches, etc)
- Developing professional relationships with office staff, caregivers and clients
- Other duties deemed by supervisor
