JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and have experience in office management, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Experience in clerical duties or office management is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities .

Responsibilities
  • To assist and support the Finance Department.
  • Operate multi-line phone system, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
  • Manage phone set up for office staff.
  • Collect mail, sort and distribute.
  • Maintain office and cleaning supplies inventory and order as needed.
  • Order safety supplies and support the annual safety meeting
  • Keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks, utilizing Sage
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records and filing systems.
  • Perform general office support like filing and other administrative tasks.
