POSITION SUMMARY

Lauren Services is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Calgary office. This in-office role is ideal for someone highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented who enjoys helping a dynamic and collaborative team. You’ll be essential in keeping our office running smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting internal teams.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Experience in a professional services or technical environment is an asset

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and coordinating with IT support
