NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.  This is a part-time position with a weekday schedule M-F 29 hours per week. No weekend hours available. No Benefits due to part-time position. The administrative assistant will perform a variety of duties related to routine clerical and administrative functions. Related tasks include drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files/reports, timekeeping, or providing information to callers and visitors. Other duties may be assigned.  Minimum Qualifications/Requirements * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Completion of secretarial courses in typing and/or business practices * Two (2) years of administrative/secretarial experience in public service. * Valid Georgia driver’s license * Proof of personal auto insurance; acceptable driving record Desired Skills * Friendly, personable and approachable * Strong organizational and administrative skills * Strong in oral and written communication * Keen attention to detail and accuracy * Flexible to change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products  * Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations  * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  Compensation              $17.50 to $18.00/hour.
