Description Marine Group Boat Works, LLC is actively seeking a vibrant, energetic Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will support the organization in the general day-to-day operations by coordinating and implementing general office service for front desk coverage while supporting various departments. Primary responsibilities include: Front desk coverage, providing exemplary concierge service, answering emails/phone calls, assisting with marketing efforts and updating social media accounts. Preparing and monitoring posts on social media platforms and text messaging. Updating deck slides and communication emails. Greet and direct customers, subcontractors, vendors and deliveries. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Maintain the galley full stocked and ready to receive employees, clients and crew members. Maintain work areas in clean, neat, and orderly manner Additional tasks as assigned Requirements High School Degree plus one year of higher education. 1 year experience in marketing and/or communications support role preferred. Proficient using Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva. Must have exceptional customer-service skills. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, management, vendors, and customers Excellent written and oral communications skills with knowledge of English grammar, spelling and academic vocabulary. Able to manage several tasks at once, use sound judgment, creatively brainstorm and follow up on prioritized assignments. Ability to operate a PC/laptop computer and other peripheral equipment (copier, printer) Experience in the retail, hospitality, or marine industry is a plus. Ability to lift 20 pounds.
