Position Overview The Administrative Assistant should help to keep the office running efficiently, have professional communication and writing capabilities, flexibility to assist other departments with administrative projects, as well as provide a positive first impression for clients and guests. This role is hourly and part time - hours of availability are open for discussion, but should be consistent and within the timeframe most staff are in office. This role is in-office only. Job Responsibilities: Greet guests Reply professionally and promptly to calls and emails Mail: copy, scan, sort Answer door, accept deliveries Fill out courier requests Order and stock supplies Overall upkeep of the office Troubleshoot light IT issues Communicate with landlord, janitorial, and vendors on any facility issues Coordinate product presentation/lunch and learn with vendors Assist Marketing department with event planning and set ups Assist HR in various company culture tasks, onboarding and offboarding Additional projects as needed Life at Method Method Architecture’s employees participate in a collaborative work environment that facilitates the cultivation of fresh and exciting ideas to fulfill the specific needs of the client. Requirements Skills & Abilities Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Excellent writing skills Able to multitask and balance multiple projects Able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in an open office environment Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) IT support skills, automation knowledge, and /or asset management software knowledge Experience with AI (ex.
