Description Position Title: Administrative Assistant FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: BRG Division Manager Position Overview The part-time Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Carmichael, California office. This role supports multiple internal teams through coordination, preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities. The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of hands-on administrative tasks and plays a key role in maintaining organized office operations and supporting internal and external-facing business activities. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Scan, file, and maintain both physical and electronic documents Organize and maintain filing systems Filter and route incoming emails as directed Support general office organization and administrative needs Mail & Shipping Prepare outgoing mail and packages Handle post office responsibilities, including drop-offs and pickups Coordinate mailing of trade show materials, swag, and other business items Event & Program Support Prepare materials for Lunch & Learn events, including packet assembly Complete Lunch & Learn follow-ups as directed Assist with sample study preparation and related logistics Vendor & Supply Coordination Coordinate vendors visiting or supporting the office Order and restock office supplies, sundries, and kitchen items Assist with swag shopping and preparation (e.g., candy, small branded items) Business Development Support Assist with simple business development follow-up tasks Prepare and organize materials to support outreach and follow-up efforts Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior administrative, office support, or clerical experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions accurately Comfortable handling physical tasks such as filing, packing, and organizing materials Proficient with basic office technology (email, scanning, printing) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in an in-office setting Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
