SCP Hotels is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our General Manager and on-property leadership teams while helping keep operations running smoothly across departments. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue of the property—supporting reporting, scheduling, communication, and coordination across Food & Beverage, Rooms, and People Services. What You’ll Do: Support the General Manager with scheduling, reporting, and daily communications Assist with payroll tasks, tip entry, and timekeeping accuracy Provide administrative accounting support and help maintain financial records Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams Support Food & Beverage operations through menu updates and costing assistance Assist the Rooms department with reporting and guest-related operational tasks Help onboard new team members and support People Services initiatives Maintain organized digital and physical files Jump in on cross-departmental projects and special initiatives Who You Are: Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and empathy Strong organisational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management High level of integrity and discretion Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and hospitality systems Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented Previous administrative or hospitality experience preferred Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Compensation: For Full-Time (Hourly) US-based applicants: A competitive range of $18 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within hospitality.
