Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day office support and assist the Director of Administration and other managers with various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based * Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels * Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments * Reconcile accounts payable (A/P) invoices and assist with invoice processing * Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries * Assist with general office organization and administrative projects as needed Qualifications * Previous administrative, office assistant, or clerical experience preferred * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day office support, including managing filing systems and office supplies. They are also responsible for coordinating shipments, processing accounts payable invoices, and handling incoming mail.
