ZONE Physiotherapy is looking for a front desk part time administrative assistant to join our team and provide clinical support for an expanding health care practice. We are located in dynamic multi-disciplinary facilities that include the following: allied health care services: orthopedic surgeons, family physicians, sports medicine physicians, radiology, bracing & orthotics, and physical medicine physicians. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative clinic and community.
ZONE Physiotherapy is focused on providing exceptional individualized client care & service, and a positive and enthusiastic clinic environment for both clients and staff. We encourage and support continuing education/certification, with the opportunity for mentorship with our office administrator. Comprehensive benefits packages are available.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and other team members.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude as part of a dynamic and collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- Ability and initiative to work independently, handle multiple tasks and problem solve.
- Strong data entry skills, and familiarity with computer programs such as excel, word and adobe.
University students and applicants with previous administrative health care or customer service work experience are preferred and are strongly encouraged to submit a CV.
