Pearl Coast Glass & Windows is growing!
Due to continued growth we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Receptionist / Admin Assistant that will work alongside our Director and Operations Manager. The role will require the applicant to be the “face of the business’, as such a professional presentation is required. The role is full-time Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm with 1hr lunch break.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Confident and experienced in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, OneNote
  • Experiencing in accounting softwares and day to day accounting tasks. MYOB Business or MYOB AccountRight experience preferred
  • Mac OS experience required
  • Highly organised and pro-active with multi–tasking skills, a keen eye for detail and very accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills both face to face and over the phone
  • Excellent written communication skills including proficient spelling and comprehension
  • Reliable with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks within a given time frame
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other staff members
  • At least Cert III in relevant business / accounting studies
  • At least+ 1 year of relevant employment experience
  • Already be in Broome and able to commence employment as soon as possible
Responsibilities
  • General office administration / reception
  • General Data entry - loading new jobs/quotes into SIMPRO, purchase order requisitions, goods receiving and invoice receipting
  • Invoice & Quote preparation
  • Accounts Payable - accurate data entry, reconcile monthly creditors and maintenance of supplier accounts
  • Accounts Recievable - Knowledge of reconciliations, reporting and finance analysis.
  • Provide administration support - Adhoc assistance for operations team and management staff.
  • Book appointments for our tradesmen
  • Email management and correspondence with clients
  • Co-ordination of Freight / Transport
  • Monitor the supply and delivery of parts and materials
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times
