An experienced, highly skilled administrative assistant that can accomplish anything with “Know What” and “Know How”
Pennoptic CPAs & Strategic Partners is looking to hire a motivated individual who is organized, and detail oriented to provide administrative support to the partners and team members of our midsize accounting firm.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a can-do attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and possess good communication skills.
Exercises good judgment, able to organize competing task priorities.
Computer knowledge to respond to first level helpdesk requests a plus.

Administrative Duties to include:

  • Supporting departments and partners with special projects
  • Greet Clients/Telephone coverage
  • Perform follow up calls with clients
  • Printing / processing tax returns
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Arrange facilities for company functions / meeting
  • Provide phone support to clients as needed.

Administrative Concierge Experience/Skills:

  • 1-3 years admin experience
  • Strong Microsoft Word, excel, outlook, and grammar

Must be able to work onsite in Willow Street, PA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
