Benefits include: 11 paid holidays 1 personal holiday 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) to start Half-day Fridays during Summer Company-matched 401(k) Retirement Plan that is fully vested immediately Employer paid ORCA card Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Medical Dental Vision KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Provide administrative support of a highly responsible, complex, confidential, detailed, and time-sensitive nature to the Chief Revenue Officer Arrange appointments, manage calendar, coordinate schedules for meetings, visitors, and events; and arrange travel. Submit monthly reimbursement forms Coordinate Revenue Department all-staff meetings, Board of Director Development Committee activities, and Revenue management team meetings Exercise judgment and communicate in a manner reflecting station policies and style of the Chief Revenue Officer Support the work of the Board Development Committee as directed. This could range from scheduling and setting up meetings, to taking minutes etc. Carry out research and special projects related to identifying funding sources and engaging the board and donors as assigned Maintain sensitive donor information in ROI CRM On a daily basis, perform gift entry into ROI with a focus on major gifts and create acknowledgement letters for major giving Create and maintain dashboards, pull reports, mailing lists, and create campaigns on an on-going basis for annual major gift fund raising efforts Work with Director of Major Giving on timing and execution of monthly major giving solicitations Provide monthly support to maintain and regularly assess data accuracy to avoid duplicates, data entry errors and ensure consistency in donor records. Provide back-up assistance to the CEO, CFO, & VP of Human Resources, Executive Assistant in their absence to assist with logistics for Cascade Public Media board meetings, All-Staff Meetings, or other station-wide events Follow up on action items and issues from meetings and committees as needed May assist other Revenue department directors with expense reports, complicated meeting scheduling, or timecard approvals if requested and time permitting. Pull reports for Events team, including invitations and solicitations lists within a timely manner Event logistics and support event coordination as needed by Events team Request, track, and obtain reports from staff as needed to meet reporting requirements and ensure proper internal tracking of awarded grants. Work with contract grant writer and Chief Revenue Officer to ensure applications and reports are submitted in a timely manner through the appropriate mechanisms. Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growth of the Cascade PBS. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES High proficiency in MS Outlook and Office Suite, especially Word; commitment to on-going technical skill development as relates to position Excellent interpersonal communication skills Adept at working both independently and collaboratively to accomplish goals and objectives within deadlines EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate administrative assistance experience Two years’ experience in general office responsibilities and procedures required ROI CRM Experience preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to support and anticipate needs of fast-paced, executive leadership and operations Ability to regularly type on a keyboard Ability to view data on a computer screen for long periods of time Ability to regularly type on a keyboard Ability to sit or stand for extended periods The hiring process for this role will include a phone screen and a virtual or in-person panel interview.
