Essential Job Functions Provide administrative support for the team and supervisors as the first point of contact for inquiries Complete assigned clerical tasks to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines Complete data entry to update and maintain databases; generate reports as needed Plan and coordinate on- and off-site events for department and team Arrange conference, meeting and travel reservations for managers Prepare expense reports Qualifications Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required: At least 1 Year Experience Specialized Knowledge: Intermediate MS Office skills required Adobe Acrobat skills preferred Position Category: Administrative Support (ADMINISTRATION)
