POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a team oriented, driven, and energetic Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our general manager and teammates, assisting in daily office needs and managing the facility’s general administrative activities and calendar.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High School degree preferred
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
· Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
· Excellent analytical problem-solving skills when faced with new challenges
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
