We are looking for an organized, flexible Administrative Assistant who excels in teamwork and is a resourceful, dedicated problem solver. The ideal candidate works autonomously, takes initiative, has a proactive attitude, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. DESCRIPTION This role supports a senior director and their team’s day-to-day needs. Key responsibilities range from daily calendar management, meeting and event coordination and support, and office management. The candidate will represent Apple in high-level contacts both internally and externally requiring significant level of tact, discretion, and confidentiality. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3+ years of administrative and calendaring experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a high tech environment. Calendaring - ability to prioritize inquiries and requests, resolve conflicts, and offer recommendations for seamless day-to-day operations. Experience working effectively within a team, establishing trust and fostering strong relationships internally and externally. Must be proficient with Calendar, Mail, Keynote and other OS X based office systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Applicants must be capable of lifting packages weighing up to 20 lbs and able to push a cart. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to work with little supervision on daily assignments and must be able to take initiative in all tasks. Experience supporting larger teams is a plus.
