JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator who can manage day-to-day office operations while assisting clients with fingerprinting services.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an office administration, customer service, or receptionist role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable learning and operating fingerprinting equipment (training will be provided).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client records.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Criminal Record Check will be mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Perform fingerprinting services (digital and/or ink) for clients following RCMP standards and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports of fingerprinting and background checks.
  • Handle payment processing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
