JOB SUMMARY

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm position available. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and assisting with our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

QuickBooks experience required*
Accounts Receivable and Payables.
Preparing and sending Invoices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Dispatching service technicians.
Preparing, receiving, sorting, and distribute mail and courier packages.
Answer and forward phone calls.
Reviewing and responding to emails.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
Client servicing, proactively following up on accounts, and contacting clients.
Manage and maintain files (physical and electronic).
Start Date : Immediately
Wage starting at $19.00 per hour, advancements with good performance
Administrative assistant: 1 year (required)
Receptionist: 1 year (required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
