Temporary Role – Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for an organised and confident individual to join us on a temporary basis to help with chasing outstanding payments and managing data in excel.
Duration: 4 weeks (Week Commencing 18/8/2025)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 8am-16.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-14.30pm Fridays
Your Main Tasks:-
· Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments
· Updating and maintaining excel databases
· Recording and tracking payment statuses
· Reporting progress to the accounts team
You’ll Succeed in this role if you:-
· Have good communication skills and a polite but firm approach
· Are confident using Excel
· Are organized and detail-oriented
· Can start immediately
