Responsibilities
  • College Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years of similar senior administrative experience
  • Excellent oral and written skills in both official languages (French and English)
  • Demonstrate listening skills and empathy in patient relations
  • Knowledge of Office Management Concepts
  • Possesses advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • A commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
  • Demonstrates professional behaviour and maintains an appropriate image throughout the hospital
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Maintains excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Fosters collaboration in an interdisciplinary team setting
