**DAILY PAY AVAILABLE** Active Day has a fantastic opportunity for someone who recently graduated college, has experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities and is looking for a job that has great growth potential Administrative Assistant / Assistant Program Specialist You will work with referrals to the Center: Establishing a strong relationship so that caregivers for future members feel confident in knowing their loved one will be in the best of care with Active Day! You will schedule and conduct tours, as well as coordinate enrollments with case managers, caregivers and the center team. You will also be the voice of the Center by answering phones, greeting visitors, families, etc. You will also have the opportunity to Assist our Program Specialist in the Center, meaning you will conduct initial, quarterly and annual assessments with supervision for our members as well as participate in members Individual Service Plan (“ISP”) meetings. Job Responsibilities Ensure all referrals to the program are promptly contacted and tours scheduled in coordination with case managers, caregivers and teammates. Oversee the referral process by entering inquiries/referrals into our EHR and provide daily follow-up with caregivers. Coordinate center enrollments with case managers, caregivers and teammates. Answer phones, greet visitors, families, etc. Complete daily billing, and other tasks as assigned by the Center Director. For assigned members with oversite from Program Specialist: Participate in the development of ISPs, including any required updates/revisions Attend ISP meetings and report any discrepancies in the ISP and/or any changes related to the needs of assigned members Ensure services provided to assigned members are in accordance with current ISP Review monthly progress reports, providing recommendations as needed. Qualifications You must have one of the following groups of qualifications: An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with people with disabilities. OR A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with people with disabilities. OR A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with people with disabilities. Minimum one (1) year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities preferred Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing and shifting priorities. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)/Willing and able to learn new software and technologies Successful results of background check #INDAD50
Responsibilities
