What’s the Job all about?
In our Burlington and Stoney Creek showroom. Hours Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00pm . Rotating Saturday Shifts - 10-2pm
**Looking for someone highly detail oriented, organized and cares about their work and their clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of sales operations and client relations to providing support to the project managers and interior designers. General administrative tasks, managing clients, managing leads and materials in the showroom. Client communication and communication with vendors and suppliers. General book keeping tasks. Supporting the design team by sourcing and pricing materials.
As a project coordinator the role entails managing all materials and finishing ordered for all renovation projects. This includes putting together purchase orders, tracking orders, quality control of materials and managing deliveries. Supporting the project manager with preparing bid packages, schedule updates and material returns.
We are looking for someone with a bright friendly personality that has the social skills to work in our showroom and to work with a team. Someone that can work independently. Fast learner and has a great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for client relations, coordinating schedules, appointments, estimate bookings and trades liaison
·Assist in setting up and maintaining showroom
·General book keeping tasks
·General administrative tasks - organize binders and files, schedule meetings, create marketing material
· Maintain social media platforms
· Assist in building and maintaining current relationships with Trade contacts in the local area.
· Assist the team with building strong working relationships with customers, fellow associates and corporate contacts.
· Expand the customer’s connection to the brand by increasing email sign-up
·Visit suppliers and vendor for samples and materials
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Required Skills:
·Able to travel to job sites (vehicle usually needed)
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Detail and process oriented – always willing to “go the extra mile”
· Posses outstanding problem-solving skills; follow through skills and is resourceful and creative.
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; conveys information in a clear and concise manner; asks appropriate probing questions.
· Exceptional customer service skills with a “go the extra mile” mentality
· Team player. Cooperative, easily gains trust and support of peers and encourages collaboration.
· Interested in self-development and is committed to continuous self improvement
· Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
· PC proficiency, MS Word, Excel, PP, Outlook and Internet

· Ability to work individually as well as a part of a team
