JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/PROJECT COORDINATOR

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
We are currently seeking a motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative & Project Support team member to join our team. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, combining administrative responsibilities with support for our sales, service, and restoration operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with service/parts software is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
