At Weatherization Services, we are a leading contractor in Lead Abatement and Weatherization Services. We are seeking a Scheduler/Project Manager to join our growing company! We are a fast paced, dynamic environment. Looking for candidate with diverse roles in different industries, demonstrating adaptability and quick learning. Will consider individuals with a history of taking on new challenges and adapting to various business functions and a mix of hard and soft skills. English/Spanish.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
