ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Management Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our Property Management division. This role is primarily focused on administrative tasks, ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate documentation, and prompt coordination across stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes supporting the team in identifying and referring potential new clients for the department.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Property Management team.
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenancy renewals, service contracts, and client documentation.
Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance requests with service providers.
Prepare inspection reports, notices, and other official communications.
Support move-in/move-out processes with proper documentation and scheduling.
Assist with tracking payments, rent collections, and outstanding dues.
Keep internal systems and CRM databases fully updated and compliant with RERA requirements.
Handle correspondence, formatting, and file management in alignment with company standards.
