Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
I am seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join my team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, managing social media accounts, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Support the team with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Assist in managing office correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, or similar field is preferred. But not required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines efficiently.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
