Responsibilities Administrative Support: * Provide operational administrative support for training activities (offers, billing, contracts) * Follow up with external stakeholders  * Liaise with accounting (VAT follow-up) and the treasurer (financial reporting support) * Support quality processes  * Work with tools such as Dendreo and MS Office Training Coordination: * Plan and organize training sessions * Coordinate with trainers and participants * Manage logistics and resource booking * Use Dendreo and MS Office for daily operations Financial & Operational Support: * Support budget, expenses, and orders monitoring (SAP) * Assist with contract, license, and equipment follow-up * Collaborate with the Immersive Solutions team Requirements Education & Experience: * A-level or Bachelor’s degree * 3–5 years of experience in administration or office support Languages: * French – proficient level -C1 (written and spoken) * English - minimum B2 (written and spoken) Required: * Results-oriented mindset * Strong stakeholder orientation * Decision-making skills * Willingness to learn and develop * Ability to challenge and improve processes * High attention to detail and accuracy Technical Skills * Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes * Understanding of training organization processes * Basic contract management * Legal/administrative document writing * Knowledge of quality processes  * Tools: SAP, Dendreo (Training Management System), MS Office 365 What We Offer * Opportunity to work in an international environment * Participation in development and training projects * Exposure to a large, global organization * Stable employment
