Responsibilities:

  • Manage phones and e-mail communications both internally and externally, to maintain a professional image, answering and managing incoming calls
  • Streamline administrative processes and create organization structure to manage the workflow process for entire company
  • Responsible for the company’s day to day operations (receiving and directing phone calls, invoicing, shipping responsibilities, maintaining databases)
  • Collections, AP, AR
  • Data Entry
  • Social Media Management
  • Dispatch

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, OneNote)
  • Must be proficient using a computer and learning new software
  • Must be excellent with time management and organization
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to learn and work in a team environment
  • Must be compassionate when dealing with customers and clients
  • QuickBooks knowledge would be considered an asset
