The position is 90% Remote (4 days a week) and 10% in office (1 day every 2 - 3 weeks on a rotating basis – professional office in Highland Park, MI). Comprehensive benefits package including 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Accident Insurance and Paid Time Off Further your education and earn a college degree through our university scholarship program Job Duties Answer phones in a friendly, positive, and warm manner Process inbound mail Assign work activities to team members Assist licensed insurance advisors in performing insurance policy service tasks Provide clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred Property and Casualty Insurance Industry experience preferred Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite. Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management system to enter and manage data Strong verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to follow instruction Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively Ability to answer inbound calls positively and energetically throughout the day.
