Hourly: $20 /hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-4pm
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our management team and office personnel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous office/customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and customer service skills - Bilingual preferred (Spanish-English)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in the store
  • Consistently demonstrate dependability by arriving on time and maintaining regular attendance
  • Submit drivers’ licenses to insurance for employed drivers
  • Support payroll processes (training provided)
  • Print, organize, and manage documents as needed
  • Assist with handling insurance claims
  • Provide general support to the Operations Manager, General Manager, and Office Assistant
  • Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
