OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office functioning. In addition, you will be undertaking routine financial processes and help with other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in using computerised systems for data entry and document management
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Good in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
