PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Provide administrative support to the flavour creation and product development team by managing product records, updating databases, and organising documentation. Ensure information is accurate, well-maintained, and easily accessible to support smooth workflow from development to product launch.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  1. Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised individual.
  2. Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office tools e.g. Teams, Outlook, Word).
  3. Preferably 2-3 years or experience in administrative or office support roles.
  4. Knowledge or experience in the chemicals or food manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
  1. Keep our flavour formulas and product database up to date and accurate.
  2. Make sure products have the right codes and follow company standards.
  3. Track formula updates and ensure all changes are well-documented.
  4. Work with relevant stakeholders to keep formulas accurate and compliant.
  5. Enter and maintain product and raw material data, including technical details and specifications.
  6. Help with database checks, audits and improvement projects.
  7. Support special projects and lend a hand with other team tasks when needed.
