WE’RE HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a part-time (4 hours per day) highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a busy environment.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • Background in Transport Planning (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Previous exposure to sales or customer service
  • Strong telephone manner and ability to build positive customer relationships

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
