Job Summary The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical duties. Responsibilities: · Answer phones · Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms. · Create and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems. · Provide administrative support to field technicians and management. · Schedule and confirm appointments with customers. · Assist customers with their account questions, issues, and scheduling. · Update and maintain customer accounts and information. · Performs other tasks as required. Competencies: · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Excellent customer service skills. · Superior attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to handle multiple projects at once, switching between various tasks quickly. Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements: · Highschool diploma, or GED/equivalent; required. · 1-2 years clerical and/or customer service experience preferred. · Proficient in NetSuite · Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
