Administer client onboarding process including the gathering of information and document processing Manage and maintain client information and communicate with clients to update as necessary Prepare professional correspondence and reports, documents, and files; Respond to requests for information in a timely manner; Service clients’ general day-to-day requests; Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments; Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; Manage our WOW client service program. Education and Experience Minimum 1 years of administrative experience; and Post-secondary education. Licenses and Certifications CIRO license or ability to become licensed within 6 months of hiring.
