Administrative Assistant How does the role impact the organization? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with accuracy and efficiency. What will your role be responsible for? Provide general administrative support to all team members, including printing, scanning, filing, photocopying, uploading documents, and managing mailings. Perform accurate and timely data entry across various platforms and systems. Assist in the coordination and completion of team projects and initiatives. Support the planning and execution of team events, including logistics and on-site assistance. Carry out team assistant duties such as placing lunch orders, picking up or dropping off documents, and running errands as needed. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
