RBR-Technologies is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Corporate Office in Odenton, MD.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will welcome guests, respond to their inquiries and concerns, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel for their appointments. They schedule meetings, sort documents, handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as manage inventories for the adequacy of office supplies and company branded “Swag”.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Printing binders (new hires or on-demand tasking)
  • Stocking Fridge / Preparing Conference room
  • Refilling office supplies (paper/pens/etc….)
  • Answering the phones
  • Mailing parcels
  • Scheduling work anniversary calls
  • Managing conference room booking
  • Assisting with corporate events/activities as directed by company officers
  • Bringing in Meals (Breakfast/Lunch….new hire lunch especially)
