This role supports executives and managers through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, scheduling, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) Coordinate travel arrangements Support onboarding and HR-related documentation Organize company events, meetings, and conferences Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks
