I’m a busy real estate agent looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of my business. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Your support will be key in keeping transactions on track and ensuring clients receive top-notch service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in real estate or administrative support preferred
  • Familiarity with MLS, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and basic marketing tools
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Real estate license is a plus but not required (potential to start as a team member if it’s a good fit)
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks including email management, scheduling, and calendar coordination
  • Prepare listing paperwork, buyer/seller packages, and coordinate e-signatures (e.g., via DocuSign)
  • Input and update listings in MLS and other real estate platforms
  • Maintain and organize transaction files and compliance documents
  • Help manage CRM and ensure client records are up to date
  • Create and schedule marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, listing flyers, newsletters)
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to support smooth transactions
  • Track expenses and receipts for light bookkeeping support (optional)
