We are a busy, patient-focused Extended Health Care clinic providing high-quality Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and Acupuncture services. We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and reliable administrative assistant to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with scheduling software is a PLUS
  • Experience with Jane Software is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Previous experience in the field of extended healthcare is preferable.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and other office-related software.
  • Experience handling cash and POS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to engage with patients and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
    Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00AM-12:00PM

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with excellent customer service.
  • Process patient intake, insurance billing, and documentation as required.
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, and assist with payments.
  • Maintain patient records in a secure and organized manner.
  • Assist practitioners with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide general office support, including managing emails, supplies, and other administrative duties.
