Description

Engtec is looking for a Receptionist in their London, ON Office, who will be responsible for providing office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. We are looking for the right individual to grow with us in our civil engineering firm. Our office is in Vaughan; our work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Punctuality is a must so please have reliable transportation. Immediate start date is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 2-year office experience in a small to mid-size office environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be friendly, presentable, and professional
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook etc.)
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Can work independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Background in civil engineering is an asset
  • Reliable and dependable both in availability and punctuality. Must be able to commit to Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
