POSITION SUMMARY

A great opportunity exists for an experienced Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to support our Environmental team to ensure our companies remain compliant with regulatory approval, permit requirements, systems management (internal scheduling, tracking, and reporting) and support the effective functioning of the Environmental Management System (EMS). You will be engaging with a variety of Departments and assisting them in meeting their administrative responsibilities, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Submit Buffalo employee timecards to external staffing agency.
  • Manage inventory of supplies.
  • Submit invoices to accounting at head office.
  • Arrange for maintenance and/or repair of all office equipment.
  • Send out and receive mail and packages.
  • Prepare business correspondence (using Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook).
  • Send faxes.
  • Perform multifaceted general office support.
  • Send and receive forms for the company.
  • Security of site, including visitor sign-in/sign out.
  • Answer telephones and record messages if applicable.
  • Manage day to day operations as required.
  • Follow company environmental, health and safety procedures and actively participate in all company training, including internal and external training as required.
