Description Financial Integrators, a dynamic, holistic wealth management company, is seeking a professional, engaging, organized individual to join our Administrative Assistants team. This role is critical to maintaining client relationships and creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to: Building client relationships and being the professional first point of contact during visits and incoming phone calls Answering, screening, and correctly routing calls Performing administrative activities such as setting appointments, ensuring meeting materials are prepared, and handling mail and packages Responding to internal and external inquiries, and distributing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality standards Communicating and collaborating with staff members Tracking and following up on outstanding items to bring them to completion, researching solutions and solving problems Recording numerical and financial data accurately and efficiently to produce and reconcile accurate records Ordering, obtaining, and distributing office supplies Setting future workflow actions and creating staff assignments Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred At least two years of related administrative and bookkeeping experience highly preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Analytical ability to make decisions with limited direction Solid computer skills, including the ability to learn technology and various systems including video conferencing, Familiarity with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Excel, and Word highly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks Organizational, reading comprehension, math, and problem-solving skills Must have the ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment Self-starter, multi-tasker, problem solver, goal oriented and a team player Reports to a manager or supervisor Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
