Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in developing hiring and onboarding processes, including screenings and background checks.
  • Coordinate and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Conduct research and compile data as required.
  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Communicate and coordinate with partners, vendors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Participate in workforce retention and performance appraisal programs.
  • Screen incoming calls, resumes, and other correspondence.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support and notify the program manager of issues.
  • Greet and assist visitors, issuing visitor passes as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Create and format various documents and presentations.
